My issue here is likely being caused by a failed card/connection and will take further troubleshooting. The support technician informed me that, on printers that can have wireless functionality added but aren't necessarily included, the EWS does not show wireless category by default - only when a properly functioning wireless card is detected by the printer. I can take and post pictures if asked for, but currently, I believe the problem to be software-based. (Do you have pictures of the print quality, the printer and or error messages?) The problem I'm running into is that the printer's EWS does not show the Wireless category under Settings > Network/Ports.

USB and ethernet both function correctly. Lexmark x264dn with wireless expansion card I greatly appreciate any help, even if it's just letting me know that I should quit wasting my time and resign to an ethernet-based network printer. I, unfortunately, do not know if the PO was able to successfully use the wireless functionality or not. There is definitely a wireless card in the printer, as well as an antenna. However, I am struggling to navigate Lexmark's website in a way that leads me to a firmware repository for this printer - search results indicate that one exists, but it's eluding me. My running theory is that the firmware currently on the printer (matches the most up-to-date one on Lexmark's website) does not support the WiFi expansion card's capabilities. I got it up and running, but due to a lack of continued support from Lexmark, I am struggling to get the onboard WiFi capabilities functioning.
